Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receiving an item to return it. After 14 days, authorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee on the item or items being returned.
You must obtain a Return Authorization from our Customer Service department by contacting us via email support@mycartpro.com to be eligible for a return.
The thing you're returning must be undamaged and in the same condition as when you got it.
The packaging for your item must be original.
You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase with your item.
Refunds
When we get your returned item, we'll check it out and let you know that we've got it. After reviewing the item, we will let you know how your refund is progressing immediately.
If your return is accepted, we'll start the refund process for your credit card (or other original payment method).
You will receive the refund as per the policies of your card issuer.
Shipping
The shipping fees for returning your unwanted item(s) are your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable.
For authorized returns of merchandise returned due to flaws or delivery mistakes, Rootree will cover the postage cost. Customer Service will offer you a shipping label.
